Condition – Second Hand / Used

We sell a large variety of second hand / used products and in varying conditions. Due to the fact that everybody has a different opinion of condition we have started to use a grading system for second hand / used items which is simply

·         POOR – 2/10 (repairs are a certainty and condition will not be high on the list of importance with these items as these items will be in high demand due to rarity and any condition will be considered)

·         FAIR – 4/10 (Been used well and showing signs of its age will more than likely need  repairs and some work to be able to use again)

·         GOOD – 6/10 (Has some noticeable wear and tear but can still be used and might need some small repairs)

·         VERY GOOD – 8/10 ( Little wear and tear is clearly used but has been looked after)

·         EXCELLENT – 10/10 (Close to new condition only a very little wear and tear)

Please understand that we are grading a huge amount of different items and as such we might not look for certain things on certain products due to some lack of product knowledge and it’s VERY IMPORTANT that you Email us with any questions.

Returns Policy

We operate a no quibble return policy on “buy it now” new items simply return within 7 days of receiving the product to receive a full refund.

Second Hand / Used items have the same returns policy only if not as described.

The main reason for wanting to return a second hand / used item is due to condition we have a system in place to grade these products (see above) you should check the condition grade when viewing any of our second hand / used products.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

·         You must email us prior to returning a product to obtain a returns number. Nothing will be accepted back for return with out a returns number.

·         Product must be in a resale-able condition and should not differ at all from the condition which it arrived in. It should have all labels attached if applicable and not be removed from its original retail packaging.

·         We will inspect all returns upon receipt and will issue a refund once this has been completed this should be no later than 2 working days after receipt of item.

·         Any request to return after the 7 day period has passed will be at the discretion of the management.

·         We will refund all the money you spent with us when purchasing the product. Any return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

·         We recommend returning any products by recorded delivery although proof of posting or certificate of posting is accepted by royal mail to make a claim against loss or damage. Should your item not arrive with us it is the responsibility of the person posting to make any claim for loss
