The item must be in its original condition and not been worn with the tags and labels attached if this applies to the product. Please email us before you return the item stating the reason for return. When you return the item please leave your user ID inside the parcel stating clearly the reason for the return. Only the cost of the item will be refunded. We will only refund the original cost of the item purchased and we will not refund any postal costs unless the problem was caused by ourselves ie the wrong size or item sent out or the item is faulty. Please obtain the proof of postage when returning the item as the responsibility for returned item is with you.
