In bidding you accept that it is your responsibility to go and get your goods from the Royal Mail or to contact Royal Mail regarding rearrangement of delivery to you from them if a failed delivery attempt has been made ie you were not in or you missed the postman etc etc see Royal Mail reasons for non-delivery. Royal Mail leave a card when this happens. You will need the id as stated on the card plus actual card inorder to go and collect your goods from the Royal Mail office or post office or just the ref number and tracking number if you call them to rearrange delivery of your goods. Once you have won the auction, you have entered a contract to pay for the goods and once paid for in full the ownership and title to the goods passes to you. The buyer agrees to buy and the seller agrees to sell at the won price. Once won and paid for, they are then your goods not mine.  I cannot make a claim for goods I don’t own, as this would be fraudulent,
